Project Manager - Land Development

Project Manager – Civil Engineering Group This role engages with diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities, providing a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment. Project Collaboration : Assist the production team by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. Mentorship and Guidance : Lead and support junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient completion of project tasks. Technical Guru : Prepare technical reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports. Construction Support : Offer essential construction-related services and direct junior team members, from permit applications to quantity estimates. Engineering Software Whiz : Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software packages to deliver assignments on time and within budget. Future-Ready : Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with the potential to progress into a Project Manager role.
