Messaging Activation Marketing Manager

Client is looking for a Messaging Activation Marketing Manager for 100% Remote Position

As a Messaging Activation Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in translating Client's messaging strategy into compelling customer experiences across our most visible digital and physical properties.

You will partner across Marketing and technology teams to understand our audiences, business priorities, and value propositions. You will develop messaging and content strategies. Then you will bring those strategies to life through the words, stories, and experiences customers see and engage with.

This is a highly hands-on role. You will move between strategy and execution-developing the narrative, defining the content approach, writing the copy, engaging with creative partners, and ensuring the final experience is clear, cohesive, and compelling.

What You'll Do

Develop messaging and content strategies that translate Client's most important stories into compelling customer experiences across digital and physical environments.

Bring Client's stories to life on Client.com, developing content strategies and writing copy for high-impact web experiences, including homepage, portfolio, and solution pages.

Shape experiences within Client's flagship Customer Experience Center, translating messaging and narratives into compelling content, storytelling, and interactive experiences.

Partner closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, other cross-functional teams to understand priorities, products, and customer needs.

Translate complex technology, products, and business concepts into simple, differentiated, audience-relevant stories that communicate value and inspire action.

Own projects from messaging strategy through writing, production, and launch, ensuring the narrative remains strong from concept to execution.

Write and edit customer-facing content, including web copy, experience copy, and other content formats.

Work with creative agencies and other outside vendors, providing direction, feedback, and editorial oversight to ensure work meets strategic and creative expectations.

Ensure Client's messaging is consistent across channels while being adapted to the needs of each customer experience.

Use AI tools to improve research, content development, editing, and production workflows while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.

Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and production needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8 10 years of experience in messaging, content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience developing messaging and content strategies and translating them into customer-facing experiences and content.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex technology and business topics clear, compelling, and relevant to specific audiences.

Experience writing for digital experiences and customer journeys, with a strong understanding of web content and best practices.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Lifecycle, Partner Marketing, and other business stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively with creative agencies and external vendors, including providing creative direction, managing feedback, and proofreading/editing final deliverables.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build relationships across functions, and bring stakeholders together around a shared story.

Experience using AI tools to improve content strategy, development, editing, and workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B technology, networking, security, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.

Experience developing content and messaging for large-scale digital properties or flagship customer experiences.

Experience working on physical customer experiences, experience centers, events, showrooms, or interactive environments.

Experience translating a complex portfolio of products and technologies into a unified customer narrative.

Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and translate them into meaningful customer stories.
