Financial Systems Analyst

To support the transformation of the construction industry, the full-time Financial Systems Controls & Assurance Analyst will design, implement, and enhance scalable SOX-ready controls and assurance processes across financial systems while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and improve scalable controls and assurance processes across financial systems and SOX-relevant business processes Partner with Finance, IT, Analytics, and Engineering to enhance controls supporting financial reporting and operational readiness Evaluate system changes to identify control impacts and drive improvements that strengthen control reliability and scalability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 3 years of experience in SOX compliance, IT controls, internal or external audit, or related assurance work Strong understanding of SOX, ITGCs, and application controls Experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and control validation activities Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps and implement process improvements
