Complete resident assessments and develop care plans. Oversee medication management and resident care services. Mentor, coach, and support caregivers. Ensure compliance with Kansas assisted living regulations. Promote quality care, resident safety, and excellent customer service. Participate in weekend on-call rotation as scheduled. Qualifications Current Kansas LPN license in good standing. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Passion for caring for seniors and leading others.
