The LPN assists the Director of Nursing in administering healthcare services to the residents of Holy Angels. Specific Skills and Responsibilities Administers medication and treatment to residents following Holy Angels' standards of excellence and protocols Measures, records, and monitors vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration Documentation should exemplify excellence: detail, accurate, and timely Reports any nursing care problems to the RN Performs all other duties as requested by the RN and/or Director of Nursing Qualifications Must maintain a current and valid LPN license according to the State of Louisiana Must maintain a current and valid driver's license Education GED or High School Diploma Required LPN Degree Required Work Environment Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities Physical Demands Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3's of the time Requirements Drug Screen Criminal Background Check Driver's License Check #J-18808-Ljbffr Holy Angels Residential Facility
