Spa Verdant at Hotel Verdant, located along beautiful Lake Michigan and a short commute from Milwaukee and Chicago, is a brand-new, wellness-focused spa, and we’re looking for talented professionals to join our opening team! We are hiring Licensed Massage Therapists. With contrast therapy, cold plunge, sauna, steam, rain walk, relaxation spaces, and more, Spa Verdant is set to become a sought-after wellness destination in Wisconsin. If you’re passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you! Spa Verdant | Hotel Verdant | Racine, WI The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional and personalized massage services to clients to promote relaxation, stress relief, and health and wellness. This individual must be skilled in a variety of massage techniques and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities based on client needs and preferences. Conduct client consultations to understand individual wellness goals and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and treatment rooms in accordance with health and safety standards. Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences for future visits. Uphold a professional and courteous manner at all times to create a relaxing and respectful environment. Recommend additional treatments or wellness products based on client needs. Adhere to appointment schedules and manage time effectively to avoid delays. Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and licensure requirements. Follow all policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines of the facility. Qualifications: Education & Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
