We are currently on the search for a mid to senior level Transactional Construction Attorney to join our New York office. In this position you will be responsible for: Representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of residential and commercial construction Drafting and Negotiating design, engineering, consulting and construction agreements Why join us? Job Details As a Transactional Construction Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience: JD from accredited law school Admitted to New York Bar 5+ years as a practicing attorney with experience representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of commercial and residential real estate Strong working knowledge of construction case law and the New York Lien Law Transactional real estate experience – in the areas of development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and/or financing – is a plus!
