This opportunity is ideal for a litigation-focused attorney who is confident in the courtroom, has trial experience, and can independently manage contested family law matters. Responsibilties Manage a full caseload (~35 active cases) from inception through resolution Develop case strategy and drive matters toward efficient outcomes Represent clients in contested hearings and trials Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda Conduct discovery and prepare cases for litigation Maintain proactive client communication Meet monthly billable hour expectations Collaborate with support staff to move cases forward efficiently Qualifications Active Wisconsin Bar license 3+ years of family law litigation experience Actual trial experience required Strong courtroom advocacy and communication skills Excellent writing and analytical abilities Ability to manage a high-volume caseload Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines Compensation & Benefits Hybrid work flexibility (2 days in office) Standard business hours (Monday-Friday) Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for hands-on litigation and trial work #J-18808-Ljbffr
