Marketing Coordinator - Events

Event Planning & Coordination Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, customer events, and internal company events. Partner with the Marketing Events Manager to execute successful events from planning through post-event wrap-up. Coordinate event logistics, timelines, registrations, shipping schedules, and vendor communications. Manage sponsorship deliverables, including gathering required information, coordinating internal approvals, and ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate attendee registrations and internal logistics for employees attending conferences and events. Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown as needed. Track event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and external partners to support successful event execution. Event Logistics & Inventory Own the organization, maintenance, and inventory of the event storage room. Prepare, pack, ship, receive, unpack, and organize trade show displays, promotional items, marketing collateral, and event materials. Maintain inventory of branded merchandise, event supplies, booth assets, and marketing materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed. Ensure all event materials remain organized, maintained, and event-ready. Marketing Support Assist with event promotions, social media content, and digital marketing initiatives. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and internal communications. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, presentations, signage, and event collateral. Write, review, and edit marketing, proposal, and event-related content for clarity and consistency. Maintain marketing collateral, presentations, photography, and other creative assets. Support internal initiatives that promote employee engagement and company culture. Recommend improvements to marketing and event workflows to increase efficiency. Assist with special projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned. Requirements Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred

• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, corporate events, or sponsorships.
• Experience in B2B marketing or event coordination.
• Experience with Asana or other project management software.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in transportation or other B2B industries is a plus.
