Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, representing a company, building relationships, and creating opportunities for customer growth.
Responsibilities
* Represent the company during promotional events and community activities.
* Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and sales.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
* Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
* Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
* Assist with community outreach and promotional campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals.
* Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.
