Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Effort, PA
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Brookmont Health & Rehab in Effort, Pennsylvania. As a CNA with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide personal care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Providing mobility and transfer assistance
Assisting with feeding and hydration
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
Documenting resident care and communication with the healthcare team
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service
