Core Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of CNC and automated systems at client locations. Execute mechanical assembly, leveling, alignment, and final calibration of equipment. Resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical malfunctions. Support the startup, testing, and final client acceptance phases of new equipment. Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical blueprints to guide your work. Ensure all hydraulic and pneumatic connections are properly integrated and functional. Identify and rectify basic electrical and control system faults in coordination with engineering staff. Conduct routine maintenance, necessary repairs, and machine upgrades. Analyze machine performance to determine the most effective corrective measures. Foster strong working relationships with clients, engineering teams, and fellow field staff. Help ensure client success by providing operational and maintenance training post-installation. Maintain accurate records of service visits, project milestones, and technical resolutions. Promote a positive, client-centric image while representing the company on-site. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols. Commit to a travel schedule of 40–50%, with most assignments concluding within a week. Qualifications Demonstrated history of hands-on work with CNC machinery, including installation, service, or commissioning. Strong mechanical aptitude that allows you to effectively diagnose and repair equipment issues. Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic system operations. Working knowledge of standard electrical components and circuitry. Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, including schematics and mechanical drawings. Proficiency with standard hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in customer environments while also collaborating with internal engineering and service teams. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Willingness and ability to travel 40–50%, generally for no more than one week at a time. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
