Analyze workplace trends to position buildings competitively. Develop compelling presentations that secure high-value leasing assignments. Build relationships with influential property owners and corporate tenants. Master the art of office lease negotiations and transaction management. What Sets You Apart Must-Have: Drive for success and entrepreneurial spirit. 1-4+ years in sales or commercial real estate experience. Passion for understanding the evolving workplace marketplace. Real estate license on start date. Nice-to-Have: Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days. Office sector knowledge or connections with property owners.
