Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neuro Trauma

Portsmouth Regional Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neuro Trauma RN to provide leadership and advanced bedside care on a neuro trauma unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient care, oversee daily workflow, support evidence-based practice, and mentor staff RNs. Responsibilities include patient assessment, neuro monitoring, trauma stabilization, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will champion patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance while supporting education, onboarding, and performance feedback in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
