Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor for the Hermès Austin boutique is responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining high standards of merchandising, POS accuracy, and client service. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and supports the sales team and selling support functions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets. Organize and maintain selling floor and workstation standards; stock merchandise and VM supplies. Process POS transactions accurately; manage opening and closing tills and related procedures. Support merchandise flow, tagging, ticketing, replenishment, and inventory preparation and cycle counts. Follow asset protection protocols including store opening/closing, key log control, bag checks, and EAS tagging. Deliver exceptional client service including greeting, assistance, and packaging at POS. Requirements 2+ years of experience in selling and/or supervisory capacity; luxury retail experience preferred. Strong relationship development and communication skills; even-tempered and able to multitask. Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
