We are looking for a person with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Provide administrative assistance in maintaining membership and program registration records, and ensure positive service outcomes. Benefits includea FREE staff membership and flexible schedule. CURRENT SHIFTS NEEDED: Rotating Sunday 9:45am-2:00pm Rotating Saturday 11am - 4pm Fridays 5 pm - 8 pm QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years customer service and administrative experience or education in business administration, preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently, and problem solve. Strong knowledge of computers, telephones, navigate software, basic office equipment, cash handling and professional written and verbal communication skills. Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication. Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
