Role Summary As a Lead Generator in Folsom, CA, you’ll help connect homeowners with Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort by starting friendly, professional conversations that result in qualified appointments for our team. This role is well-suited for Retired or someone who is just looking to work a few days a week who enjoys staying active and engaging with the public. Key Responsibilities Include Greet and engage store visitors to introduce our HVAC services Create interest, answer basic questions, and set appointments Accurately capture customer details and notes in a mobile app Represent the company with integrity, safety awareness, and customer focus Required Qualifications/skills Customer service and/or sales experience (Lead Generation is a plus) Clear communication and comfort approaching new people Reliable personal transportation and punctual attendance Pay is $16.90-$25.00, with full-time/part-time options.
