Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of prior Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) experience; previous travel contract preferred; comfortable with neuro and surgical patients; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; NIHSS certification; valid state license in Wisconsin; work history/resume; skills checklist completed within 1 year; license verification; copy of certifications; one supervisory reference at time of submission; drivers license required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless in Madison where a local address with a 10% rate reduction is accepted. Call back pay and on-call multipliers apply as specified; some clinical responsibilities include neuro patient care and surgical patient management. The orientation schedule spans multiple dates, with specific days set for onboarding.
