Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain governance policies for planning parameters including lead times and sourcing rules
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics for forecast accuracy and inventory health
- Analyze complex datasets to deliver supply chain and planning performance improvements
- Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead master data management initiatives ensuring data accuracy and standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Analytics
- 7+ years of supply chain, analytics, or related professional experience
- Master Data Management and data governance expertise
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP or JD Edwards
- Demonstrated experience developing planning performance metrics and KPI frameworks
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
