Can you juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and customer requests while keeping all the balls in the air? Signarama Springfield is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our award-winning team. We need someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks! What You'll Do Coordinate projects from initial inquiry through completion, keeping deadlines and next steps on track. Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members by phone, email, text, and in person. Prepare estimates, follow up on quotes, and help turn inquiries into orders. Maintain accurate, timely project records, including activity updates and status changes. Manage incoming calls, scheduling, front desk responsibilities, and general office support. Juggle multiple projects and changing priorities while proactively identifying delays and keeping things moving. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure. Comfortable with technology, Microsoft 365, and project tracking systems. Previous administrative, project coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
