Injection/Blow Molding Maintenance Specialist, Automation & Controls

Schedule: Night Shift, 7pm–7am, 2-2-3

What You’ll Tackle

Preventive and corrective maintenance on EBM/SBM blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automated systems.
Root-cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
Use multimeters, PLC interfaces, and shop tools to troubleshoot and repair.
Partner with production to minimize downtime and boost throughput.
Lead solid shift handoffs; complete end-of-shift reports with actionable detail.
Maintain accurate logs and update equipment records in CMMS (MaintainX).
Support installs, upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects.
Train peers; share best practices to strengthen team capability.
Adhere to LOTO, GMP, and PPE policies; help drive a safety-first culture.

What You Bring

5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical/controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation.
Comfort reading manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Hands-on with mills, lathes, grinders, welding, and related fabrication tools.
CMMS know-how and preventive maintenance planning.
Proactive, independent, and team-oriented; flexible to work overtime.
