Schedule: Night Shift, 7pm–7am, 2-2-3

What You’ll Tackle- Preventive and corrective maintenance on EBM/SBM blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automated systems.
- Root-cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
- Use multimeters, PLC interfaces, and shop tools to troubleshoot and repair.
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and boost throughput.
- Lead solid shift handoffs; complete end-of-shift reports with actionable detail.
- Maintain accurate logs and update equipment records in CMMS (MaintainX).
- Support installs, upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects.
- Train peers; share best practices to strengthen team capability.
- Adhere to LOTO, GMP, and PPE policies; help drive a safety-first culture.
- 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical/controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation.
- Comfort reading manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Hands-on with mills, lathes, grinders, welding, and related fabrication tools.
- CMMS know-how and preventive maintenance planning.
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented; flexible to work overtime.
