Job#: 3044238 Job Description: Recruiting Specialist Location: McLean, Virginia (Primarily Remote; May need to come to office occasionally) Role Overview The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships to enable a successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires an understanding of business and mission priorities, workforce needs, and labor-market dynamics. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure talent. This position is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise and lead the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers. Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Utilize sourcing techniques through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Ensure all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Required Qualifications Must be a US Citizen 3+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities. 2+ years of experience supporting full-lifecycle recruitment for clients in the federal government space. Experience with Workday ATS. Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Bachelor's degree.
