Cardiac Sonographer

Novant Health seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to perform high-quality echocardiograms supporting accurate cardiac diagnosis and treatment. In our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will complete transthoracic and stress echocardiography exams, optimize ultrasound images, perform measurements, and document findings in EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cardiologists and nursing staff, ensure patient safety and comfort, and follow established protocols and infection control standards.
