Now Hiring General Laborer's in the New Castle, PA Area

This role involves operating a sit-down forklift and performing a variety of general labor and material handling tasks in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. You support daily operations by safely moving, loading, and unloading materials, managing inventory, and using RF scanners to complete picking and shipping activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage locations using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks to support production and warehouse operations as needed.
• Handle materials manually, including lifting, moving, and organizing products in designated areas.
• Use RF scanners to pick, scan, and track inventory and orders accurately.
• Assist with inventory control by counting, organizing, and recording stock levels.
• Support production activities by staging materials, supplying production lines, and removing finished goods.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks and meet operational goals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You work primarily in a warehouse and production setting that can be warm or hot, and you are on your feet and moving throughout the day. The role involves frequent use of sit-down forklifts, RF scanners, and standard material handling equipment. You can expect a physically active environment where safety, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
