Cardiac Invasive Technical Operations Manager (EP) jobs in Charlotte, NC let you oversee technical operations in high-acuity EP labs, managing complex schedules and supporting procedural workflows. You will coach and mentor supervisors, assist with cases as needed, and handle recruiting, retention, education, vendor partnerships, and data reporting. Shift 8hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information Mon - Fri On Call, Call Back Requirements Will occasionally round on the weekend staff Weekend Rotation Will occasionally round on the weekend staff Holiday Requirements No Floating Requirements None The role requires at least 2 years of high-acuity EP lab experience plus 1 year of assistant manager, manager, or director experience, preferably in EP but management in other departments is accepted.
