Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist positions in Melbourne, FL. Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) support for service activities and commissioning projects
· Conduct audits and assessments at customer sites to ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
· Train field technicians on EHS programs, tools, and safety procedures while supporting field-based operations
· Coordinate incident investigations, document findings, and support corrective action implementation
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety (or related field) OR high school diploma with relevant EHS experience and accredited safety training
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience supporting EHS initiatives, preferably in field-based or industrial environments
· Strong knowledge of EHS protocols, audits, compliance standards, and incident investigation processes
· Ability and willingness to travel at least 90% to customer sites within the Florida region

· Shift: 1st Shift (7:00–4:00, 7:30–4:30, 8:00–5:00, or 8:30–5:30) with 1 remote day per week
