In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to every shift.

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, screen visitors and/or deliveries as directed by site procedures, and report access control issues, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
- Support daily operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, communicating with coworkers and site personnel, and following post orders for shifts that may include indoor and outdoor environments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
