What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting during scheduled shifts
• Assist with surgical procedures and maintain sterile environments
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow facility protocols and comply with safety standards
• Document patient information and surgical details accurately
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain certification and skills

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license with appropriate agency license uploaded
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in surgical nursing
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to the schedule

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital OR environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
