Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative to come onboard! This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers by managing incoming orders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate billing and scheduling processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling phone and email communication, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. This role is fully onsite in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

3 month contract to hire

Onsite 5 days a week 8am - 5:30pm
