Home Health Aide (HHA) – Leonia

Location: Leonia, NJ 07605
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay Every Friday

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one private-duty care for a client in Leonia, NJ .

We are specifically seeking bilingual Spanish-English speaking HHAs who can effectively communicate with our client and provide exceptional personalized care.

This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay every Friday, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders
Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Drive the client using the client's vehicle when required by the care plan
Communicate effectively with the client and family in Spanish and English

Requirements

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Valid driver's license
Willingness to drive the client using the client's vehicle when required
Current physical examination
PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray, as required
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Newly certified HHAs are encouraged to apply
