Role Description CorePhysio Santa Fe is looking for a part time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for on-site In School Occupational Therapy in Northern New Mexico and Santa Fe, NM. The role involves diagnosing and treating students at two sites: Santa Fe Indian School (Middle School and High School aged children), creating effective treatment plans, and monitoring progress. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapist degree from an accredited program Active state license as a Occupational Therapist in New Mexico Interested in making lasting relationships with clients and colleagues Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating patients with developmental and neurological disorders Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly Knowledge of developmental evaluation tools Ability to engage in self-evaluation and participate in performance improvement initiatives Pediatric experience for school-age students and athletes Willing to think outside the box and try new methods and ideas with clients Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr CorePhysio Santa Fe
