Catering Food Prep

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and plate cold food items (salads, sandwiches, fruit plates, charcuterie boxes) for airline customers

• Maintain food safety and quality standards set by our customers

Job Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

• Must have dependable attendance

• At least 2 years of experience cooking in a high-volume institutional catering environment preferred.

• Must have strong efficiency in knife skills

• Must be able to read, write and understand English

• Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment

• Must be able to lift and push 50+ lbs

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours.

• Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.

• Must have strong organizational skills

• Must have a strong understanding of food safety and & HACCP regulations
