Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician for a full-time, field-based role supporting commercial clients throughout the Pittsburgh area. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no overnight travel—you'll be home every night. Key Responsibilities Install, program, troubleshoot, and service commercial security systems Work with CCTV/video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems Run and terminate low-voltage wiring in various environments Ensure compliance with electrical codes and project requirements Deliver professional, customer-focused service on job sites Qualifications 5+ years of commercial security system installation experience Strong expertise in video surveillance systems (high priority) Experience with access control and intrusion systems Proficiency in low-voltage wiring and terminations Valid driver's license with clean driving record Manufacturer certifications (Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, etc.) preferred Compensation & Perks Competitive salary starting at $85K+ Company vehicle and tools provided Local work-no overnight travel Stable, small company environment with growth potential Benefits Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
