For over 50 years, we've been dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and unmatched service to our commercial customers, earning a reputation as a trusted contractor in the industry.Perks of joining ColonialWebb:Competitive salary range of $135k-$155kCareer development and progression401(k) plan with company matchPTO and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral incentivesWhat You Will Do:Lead the design of industrial refrigeration systems for cold storage, food distribution, and food processing facilities.Develop and review refrigeration flow diagrams, plans, specifications, and construction documents.Perform refrigeration load calculations and equipment sizing analyses.Select refrigeration equipment, piping, valves, and controls for complex projects.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design oversight to engineers and designers.Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution.What We Are Looking For:B.S. degree in Engineering.PE license preferred; EIT certification a plus.8+ years of industrial refrigeration engineering and design experience.Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, thermodynamics, piping, controls, and industry codes.Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office, including Excel.EOE M/W/Disability/VetsVeterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
