Diabetes Care & Education RN Specialist

Parkland Community Health Plan, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Diabetes Care & Education Specialist for the Dallas area. This role focuses on providing comprehensive diabetes care, performing patient assessments, and developing tailored educational resources for patients and the community.
