Your job as a 3rd Shift Associate Mixing Operator is to create batches of materials by weighing and mixing dyes, pigments and chemical additives for use in various plastic materials. Carefully follow safety and cleaning protocols, and ensure that product is made accurately, according to specifications, avoiding waste of time and resources. Able to understand and follow written work instructions to extrude material per specifications meeting production targets and quality requirements. Complete required paperwork and ensures process consistency. Keep work area organized and safe at all times. Comply with all EHS requirements. Ability to frequently: lift or move up to 50 pounds; bend and scoop from drums and gaylords; and roll drums up to 300 pounds, stand for entire shift. Additional duties as assigned, including housekeeping and assisting in other areas.
