TYPE OF POSITION Hours/days to be determined to fit program needs REPORTS TO Activities Director, Building Principals SUPERVISION Under the direction of the Activities Director STIPEND $6,058 - $7,636 (based on qualifications and experience) QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma, or equal Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: MN Coaching certificate EXPERIENCE Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise an activities program Previous experience and substantive knowledge base in assigned activity Proven ability to work with high school aged students modeling positive character and responsible behavior Orientation toward continuous improvement POSITION SUMMARY To direct, support and fully implement the assigned Activities Program with an education based philosophy of teaching and coaching.
