- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups. \n
- Deliver psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms, employing innovative techniques to enhance engagement and effectiveness. \n
- Provide crisis intervention, supportive therapy, stress management, and couples counseling as appropriate, facilitating clients through challenging emotional terrain. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. \n
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, adapting approaches to meet diverse client needs. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all clients. \n
- Participate in regular clinical team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality management and best practices. \n
- Perform ongoing assessments of client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed, based on evaluations and outcome measurements. \n
As an LMFT at Odyssey House of Psychotherapy, you will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families affected by mental health disorders and dual disorders. This role is particularly focused on providing support for those experiencing relational challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions, all of which are crucial areas of focus for effective therapeutic intervention. Clients may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other complex issues, requiring a compassionate and knowledgeable approach.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Texas. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely-related field from an accredited institution. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential for service delivery and documentation. \n
