Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities Prepare the monthly drop schedule submitted to the Gaming Control Board and work with related areas to define drop routes and subsequent changes. Supervise work schedules and ensure adherence to the same for all count room members. When necessary, be hands‑on to ensure completion of scheduled tasks. Ensure efficient use of currency counting equipment and that daily maintenance requirements are completed. Report problems to Manager for recommendations and participate in improvement as appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four‑year college or university is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word). Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations. Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions. Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including the ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
