Registered Nurse

Addus HomeCare, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate in-home care to seniors and vulnerable adults. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, provide skilled nursing interventions, and monitor changes in condition. You will educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and the home health team.
