We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing development of an enterprise Data Governance program.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Data Governance, Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Lineage, and Business Glossaries . This role will work closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish and maintain effective data governance practices.
Required Skills-
10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Business Analysis, or a related field

Strong experience implementing or supporting Enterprise Data Governance programs

Experience conducting data governance workshops with business and technical stakeholders

Strong SQL skills
-
Experience with Metadata Management, Data Dictionaries, and Business Glossaries

Experience defining Business Rules and Critical Data Elements (CDEs)

Strong understanding of Data Profiling, Data Reconciliation, and Data Validation

Experience with Data Stewardship, Data Ownership, and Data Governance Policies

Experience with Data Lineage and Data Flow
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
