Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing/Assembly team member to join our dynamic facility located in Salt Lake City, UT, 84104. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the final stages of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and finish products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
Cut and install springs manually
Deburr parts
Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
