Location: New York City, NY. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in a premier legal market, offering exposure to sophisticated commercial litigation matters.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New York and have at least 3 years of commercial and business litigation experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in commercial and business litigation matters.
- Handle breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial litigation cases.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice.
- Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Develop litigation strategies while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
- Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple active matters.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar license required.
- 3+ years of commercial and business litigation experience.
- Courtroom experience required.
- Experience managing all phases of pre-trial discovery.
- Trial experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
