MRI Technologist
Location: Sanford, NC
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide excellent imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will work independently in the Imaging Department, assisting in other areas during downtime as needed. This position requires proficiency with MRI equipment, specifically the Siemens Symphony.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans efficiently and accurately while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Assist in other Imaging areas as needed during downtime.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all imaging protocols are followed.
- Educate patients about procedures and answer any questions.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- ARRT certification in MRI is required.
- Technical school or university education relevant to MRI technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and patient-centric approach.
