Title
Physical Therapist - Early Intervention

Schedule
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 43 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License
- Experience working with children from birth to age five

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits for children from birth to age three, providing therapeutic interventions.
- Work with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5) to support developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress to modify treatment as needed.
- Educate families on exercises and activities to promote development at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.

Compliance / Notes
- Candidate will only be paid for hours worked; no pay for school holidays or closures.
