What You'll Do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients of all ages in the hospital
• Develop and implement nutrition care plans
• Educate patients and families about proper nutrition and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
• Assist in training hospital staff on nutrition-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition care

What You Need

• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nutrition experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care
