Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced, reliable, hands-on leader to join a multifamily housing community with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Position Details Position: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $25 – $29per hour (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Industry: Multifamily Housing Key Responsibilities Lead and support the maintenance team in daily property operations Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner Perform and oversee preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues Assist with apartment turns and property upkeep Ensure the community is maintained to high quality and safety standards Requirements At least 2 year of apartment or property maintenance experience required Must have your own tools Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience in multifamily housing preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Must be able to start immediately Ability to lead a team Why Join Us?
