As a Medicare Insurance Sales Agent, you'll educate Medicare-eligible clients, recommend coverage options based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll receive comprehensive training, access to qualified appointments, and ongoing support to help you grow your business.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Medicare needs assessments with prospective clients.

• Educate clients on Medicare coverage options.

• Present personalized insurance solutions.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance standards.

• Meet individual sales and performance goals.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor position

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (if not currently licensed)

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Preferred

• Insurance or Medicare sales experience

• Phone sales or inside sales experience

• CRM experience

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
