Position Overview

Merki is looking for a motivated individual who has experience working with multiple clients in a professional office environment. You'll work closely with shareholders and staff to coordinate workflow, support client service, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. The CEC will be a primary point of contact between clients and team members. The ideal candidate for this position will be friendly, exhibit strong communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. They will have a history of administrative operations and client-facing roles. Experience with Canopy (or online practice management software) would be a plus, but someone eager to learn would be welcomed into our firm.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run smoothly

- Gather, track, and provide client information to appropriate team member for steady workflow and deadline requirements

- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency

- Coordinate team schedules and workflow

- Support and perform daily office operations (reception, assembly, secretarial)

- Respond promptly to client inquiries
- Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality with all materials
