For more information, visit us at Job Description Base pay rate is $15.75 - $17.75 per hour Shift Hours: 7:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday (with potential overtime) Warehouse Associates perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch/warehouse location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co-workers and customers. Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment. Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas. Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Pace – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication – Effective communication abilities. Physical Stamina – Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Attention to Detail – Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctly. Organizational Skills – Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace. Teamwork – Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. High school diploma or GED required. A combination of education and experience may be qualifying. Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane. Education – High school diploma or equivalent. Experience – Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting Capacity – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, etc. Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment.
